Privacy

Your privacy, plainly said.

01What we ask for

The early-access sign-up form asks a few questions about you and your aging parent(s): things like age range, household income band, living situation, any external care, and whether they have a history of hospitalization, mobility issues or falls.

Some of this is health-related. We only ask what helps us understand who ScoutG can help.

02What we don't ask for

We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number. Each submission is anonymous and gets a randomly generated submission ID.

03What we store

We store your answers, the date and time you submitted, the random submission ID, whether you gave consent, and basic technical information about your browser (the “user agent”).

[PLACEHOLDER: where and how this data is stored, who can access it, and how long it is kept.]

04How we use it

We use your answers to decide how to invite families into early access and to improve ScoutG. [PLACEHOLDER: final wording on permitted uses, and on any sharing with partners.]

05Sharing feedback and data

You tell us whether you're willing to share feedback and data with our team during early access. Saying no does not stop us from saving your answers to this form. [PLACEHOLDER: final wording.]

06The ScoutG device and microphone

[PLACEHOLDER: final privacy wording for the device's microphone and two-way audio, to be supplied once approved.]

07Your choices

Because submissions are anonymous, we can't look up or remove a specific entry unless you tell us your submission ID. [PLACEHOLDER: contact method and rights wording.]

08Contact

[PLACEHOLDER: privacy contact email / address.]
